Where do we recruit?
Work with the right people is a pleasure. We know where to find them

Our offices are located in Poznań (here, in the heart of the city, we have our head office), Szczecin, Rzeszów and Słubice.

Borders and distances are not much of a problem for us. We have years of experience working with tools that make remote communication not only possible but also efficient. Video or phone conversations are just as effective as face-to-face ones. We work with firms located all over Poland, Germany and other countries, including Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands and Sweden.

 

 

What will our collaboration look like?
We will discuss your recruitment needs and our working style.

This is the first step to establishing a lasting relationship. We do care about getting to know your firm – its culture, specific characteristics or an ideal candidate profile. Equipped with this knowledge we know where to look for the perfect fit. At this stage, we will also present our working methods and principles of cooperation to you.

Signing a contract.

If the terms of cooperation prove appropriate, we can sign a contract. It will determine a range of our responsibilities and a timetable. The moment you sign the document, we begin searching for candidates.

Recruitment.

Each process is conducted by an appointed consultant who stays in touch with you all the time. They will be responsible for a seamless flow of information and ensure that the candidates delivered to you live up to your expectations. We supervise the entire recruitment process so as to take on the full burden of it. This stage ends with the presentation of the candidates.

Employee selection.

You decide who among the candidates delivered to you is going to join your team. If you so wish, we will take part in the final stage of candidate selection as advisers. The selected candidate will sign a contract.

Contacting us after recruitment.

Our role does not end when new employees sign their contracts. We are still available to both the employees and the employer in case there should be further questions or comments.

We employ such techniques as the Executive Search with the aim to directly find the candidates for the highest positions by presenting them with an individually tailored offer and the Direct Search whose objective is to identify and contact people suitable for key and hard-to-reach positions. Experts in temporary recruitment

Temporary recruitment is more often than not associated with large scale and care for quantity instead of quality.

We challenge this stereotype. We employ professionals to work in Poland and Germany – often dozens of people in a single process, without compromising on quality. Each candidate delivered to you will meet the requirements specified in the profile.

In the case of individual problems with our employees, we guarantee to find and employ their successors free of charge, under warranty. We also take over the HR and payroll responsibilities with regard to our employees and thanks to that you can focus on other aspects of your business.

Recruitment Department – this department deals with the preparation and publication of job offers, vets the candidates and decides about their employment.

Coordination Department – this department takes care of the employed after signing the contract. It supports the employees in finding accommodation, coping with formalities and official matters, and stays in touch with them throughout the entire period of their employment. The Coordination Department also keeps in touch with the German firm with regard to the terms of employment and work organisation of temporary employees.

Human Resources – this department deals with full personnel service for temporary employees hired by Mondi Polska for German clients.

Key Account Manager – is the person responsible for building and developing cooperation with the most important and major clients. It is the Key Account Manager that shapes the sales policy as well as finalises and negotiates contracts with clients.
